Cromlech is the architectural construction of the use of large stones in the definition of the megalithic tomb culture and is generally used for the pod -rings that contain burials.this type of burials in the Northwest of Iran can declassified into four types: Hill cromlech, Standard Cromlech, stepped crom-lech, and covered cromlechs. This research will study the characteristics of the environmental factors and their role in the distribution of cromlech Megalithic tombs in the Northern area of Iran with a descriptive analytical method. It has been identified such as Zard Khaneh, Niaraq.Gilvan and Zino castle. The main topic of this research is to determine the analysis of geomorphic factors and compo-nents in choosing a place with suitable patterns for the livestock-dependent life of nomadic tribes and how to manifest the intraction between tribes and the environment .This research examines the struc-tural structures of these graves in northwest Iran using Geographical information system (GIS) software, the distribution of burials and the influence of geographical factors on the materials, livelihoods and routes of nomadic tribes in their geographical area.
