fa نمونه‌برداری از آثار تاریخی- فرهنگی در ایران: چالش‌ها و راهکارها باستان سنجی Archaeometry پژوهشي Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش‌های علمی و میدانی-آزمایشگاهی در حوزه آثار تاریخی و فرهنگی با چالش‌های متعددی روبرو هستند، از جمله بی‌توجهی به اولویت علوم آزمایشگاهی در سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و برنامه‌های اجرایی، نبود یا ضعف تجهیزات و امکانات آزمایشگاهی مناسب و کارآمد، عدم تخصیص منابع مالی کافی برای پژوهش‌های آزمایشگاهی، و نبود یا ضعف مقررات برای نظام‌مند کردن نمونه‌برداری از اشیاء و آثار تاریخی. نمونه‌برداری، اساس بسیاری از پژوهش‌های آزمایشگاهی مبنای میراثی است که فراتر از مقررات علمی، نیازمند چارچوب مشخص و روشنی از مقررات حقوقی است؛ چارچوبی که الزامات و ملاحظات قانونی داخلی کشورها را، به‌ویژه در صدور مجوزهای نمونه‌برداری از اشیاء و بافت‌های تاریخی، رعایت کند. فرایند نمونه‌برداری و انجام آزمایش از نمونه‌های آثار تاریخی، به‌ویژه در باستان‌سنجی، تحت تأثیر محدودیت‌های سیاسی و امنیتی قرار دارد. محدودیت‌ها، دسترسی به روش‌ها و فناوری‌های پیشرفته را برای پژوهش‌های فرهنگی و تاریخی دشوار ساخته و از سوی دیگر، نیاز به انجام چنین پژوهش‌هایی در خارج از کشور، وابستگی به مراکز خارجی را در ایران افزایش داده است. در شرایطی که نوسان روابط سیاسی با کشورهای پیشرفته (عمدتاً غربی) مانع از اقدامات مؤثر در فعالیت‌های آزمایشگاهی&ndash;مانند واردات تجهیزات، راه‌اندازی آزمایشگاه‌های جامع و پیشرفته، یا ارسال نمونه به آزمایشگاه‌های مرجع خارجی &ndash; می‌شود حداقل می‌توان بر تدوین قوانین و دستورالعمل‌هایی تمرکز کرد که فرآیند نمونه‌برداری در داخل کشور را تسهیل و نظام‌مند سازد. این رویکرد، پژوهش‌ها را با کم‌ترین موانع اداری و فنی و دور از سلایق فردی و نگرش‌های شخصی پیش می‌برد. چنین امری می‌تواند ابزار مناسبی برای مدیران و پژوهشگران در توجیه ضرورت پژوهش‌های آزمایشگاهی در عرصه میراث فرهنگی باشد، از سردرگمی و آشفتگی اداری-پژوهشی جلوگیری کند، و در نهایت بستری برای پیشرفت‌های علمی مستقل در علوم باستان‌شناختی و حفاظت بهتر از میراث فرهنگی ایران فراهم آورد.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Scientific and field-laboratory research in the domain of historical and cultural artifacts confronts a multitude of challenges, including the neglect of laboratory sciences as a priority in policy-making and executive programs; the absence or inadequacy of suitable and efficient laboratory equipment and facilities; the failure to allocate sufficient financial resources for laboratory-based research; and the lack or weakness of regulations to systematize sampling from historical objects and artifacts. Sampling constitutes the foundation of numerous laboratory researches grounded in heritage, which, beyond scientific protocols, necessitates a clear and defined framework of legal regulations&mdash;a framework that adheres to domestic legal requirements and considerations, particularly in the issuance of permits for sampling from historical objects and fabrics.The process of sampling and conducting analyses on samples from historical artifacts, especially in archaeometry, is profoundly influenced by political and security constraints. These limitations have rendered access to advanced methodologies and technologies for cultural and historical research exceedingly difficult, while, on the other hand, the exigency to undertake such investigations abroad has exacerbated Iran&#39;s dependency on foreign institutions. In circumstances where fluctuations in political relations with advanced nations (predominantly Western) impede effective measures in laboratory activities&mdash;such as the importation of equipment, the establishment of comprehensive and sophisticated laboratories, or the dispatch of samples to reference laboratories abroad&mdash;at minimum, emphasis can be placed on the formulation of laws and guidelines that facilitate and systematize the domestic sampling process. This approach propels research endeavors with minimal administrative and technical impediments, insulated from individual predilections and subjective perspectives.
